While we were in Chinatown, we bought these little cookies called Koala's March - they are a family favorite. While snacking on these at home, my husband remarked that it was interesting that Lotte was a Korean company, the packaging featured Japanese writing, we bought them in a US Chinatown, and the animal featured was Australian. Then my daughter pulled one of these out of her bag:
If you can't tell, the little koala is dressed up as a Mexican mariachi guitar player. Talk about multicultural!
